Intellectual Property
The Sunspot Web name, glowing pin logo, custom map styling, and original photography are protected trademarks and copyrights. Unauthorized reproduction dims the light for everyone. Infringement prompts swift legal response to safeguard the glow.

Limitation of Liability
Sunspot Web LLC provides inspiration, not warranties. We are not liable for missed flights, closed trails, or any loss tied to following our suggestions. Maximum liability never exceeds fees paid to us in the prior 12 months. Enjoy responsibly under your own golden hour.

Termination of Access
We may suspend or close accounts that breach these terms, pose security risks, or remain inactive for 24 months. Premium access ends immediately upon termination, with pro-rated refunds only for prepaid unused periods.

Governing Law and Dispute Resolution
These terms follow Oregon law, where our home port sits beside the Pacific. Disputes begin with friendly email negotiation; unresolved claims proceed in Lincoln County courts. Class actions are not permitted; each traveler charts their own course.

Changes to the Horizon
