Our Approach to Refunds
Sunspot Web LLC exists to illuminate paths to endless sunshine through freely shared travel insights, interactive maps, and curated warmth. Because we do not sell tickets, accommodations, or physical goods, traditional refunds rarely apply. This policy clarifies the few situations where money changes hands and how we handle returns with the same clarity we bring to a cloudless horizon.

Digital Subscriptions and Premium Access
Occasional premium layers, such as enhanced weather feeds, ad-free browsing, or downloadable route packs, operate on a subscription model. Payments process through secure third-party gateways. Within 14 days of initial purchase, any active subscriber may request a full refund for the current billing cycle by contacting us directly. After 14 days, charges become non-refundable, though you retain access until the cycle ends. Cancel anytime to prevent future billing; no partial refunds apply for unused portions.

Event or Webinar Fees
Rare virtual events, like live sunset planning sessions or expert reef talks, carry a separate ticket price. Full refunds are available up to 48 hours before the event start. Within 48 hours, credits equal to the purchase amount may be applied toward future events or premium access. No-show attendees receive no refund or credit.

Partner Booking Assistance
When we guide you to trusted external partners for flights, villas, or transfers, transactions occur entirely on their platforms. Any refund requests must follow their individual policies. We gladly assist by providing order details or liaison support if issues arise, but financial responsibility remains with the service provider.

Errors and Technical Issues
If a payment processes in error, such as duplicate charges or system glitches, notify us within 30 days. We investigate promptly and issue full refunds for confirmed mistakes. Technical difficulties preventing access to paid features trigger immediate resolution or pro-rated refunds based on downtime duration.

Non-Refundable Elements
Free content, including destination guides, public maps, and standard weather overlays, carries no cost and thus no refund option. Gifted subscriptions or promotional credits are non-transferable and non-refundable.

Processing Refunds
Approved refunds return to the original payment method within 5-10 business days, depending on your financial institution. International transactions may incur minor currency conversion fees outside our control. We never impose processing fees on our end.

As our sunny offerings evolve, this policy may adjust. Significant changes appear prominently on the site and via email to active subscribers. Continued use after updates signals acceptance.
